# 02 Porcelain landscape beaker cup

The Landscape series explores and maps our internal and external environments. Our fragility and our resilience. Each cup is unique. It is hand made using a slipcast technique with Southern Ice Porcelain which is fired to a high temperature to give a translucency to the cup when held up to the light. It is hand carved and handpainted, glazed with a clear glaze and a black satin glaze and real gold lustre is applied in the final third firing. It is not microwave or dishwasher safe and should be hand washed.
