DOMESTIC SHIPPING - WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • “Shipping costs” include both postage costs and packaging costs.  If more than one item is purchased in one order then the flat shipping rate will be the higher of the two rates if they are different rates. 

  • Each order is well packaged and double boxed to ensure safe delivery to you. I will ship orders within 3-4 days of receiving payment. Tracking number will be provided via email or text.

  • I package my fine porcelain pieces extremely well and double box for extra protection, and check each piece thoroughly before it is sent to you, but in the unlikely case that there is a mishap in its travels to you and it arrives broken, I ask that you immediately take a photo of it with the box it came in. If I see that it is a problem in its delivery to you, I will create a similar piece for you for free, but ask that you pay the shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • I am opening up a limited international shipping availability. At present, I will offer online sales to USA, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan. 
  • The rates are for the Standard international postage to these countries. Unfortunately, the economy rates are not available this year due to the COVID pandemic, but hopefully may resume next year which would help to bring the postage rates down. 
  • I package my fine porcelain pieces extremely well and double box for extra protection - this makes the postage a little heavier, but I try to reduce the weight as best as I can. I check each piece thoroughly before it is sent to you, but in the unlikely case that there is a mishap in its travels to you and it arrives broken, I ask that you immediately take a photo of it with the box it came in. If I see that it is a problem in its delivery to you, I will create a similar piece for you for free, but ask that you pay the shipping costs.


  • If you live in other countries not listed above, then please send me an enquiry and I will do my best to calculate a postage rate to your country and will invoice separately. 
  • Please be aware that some countries may charge a tax to you before you are able to receive the item. This is beyond my control, and something you may need to check before you purchase.
