Shipping FAQ


  • “Shipping costs” include both postage costs and packaging costs.  If more than one item is purchased in one order then the flat shipping rate will be the higher of the two rates if they are different rates. 

  • Each order is well packaged and double boxed to ensure safe delivery to you. I will ship orders within 3-4 days of receiving payment. Tracking number will be provided via email or text.

  • International customers: please note that at the moment, the online store is only open to Australian customers. This is because Australia Post has removed its economic parcel delivery and the delivery costs to overseas are exorbitant plus also there are huge delays of weeks for delivery – this is due to the Covid 19 pandemic. As soon as Australia Post lifts this restriction and allows an economic parcel delivery service for overseas customers, I will open up the online store to overseas customers. Thank you for your understanding.
  • I package my fine porcelain pieces extremely well and double box for extra protection, and check each piece thoroughly before it is sent to you, but in the unlikely case that there is a mishap in its travels to you and it arrives broken, I ask that you immediately take a photo of it with the box it came in. If I see that it is a problem in its delivery to you, I will create a similar piece for you for free, but ask that you pay the shipping costs.
